Pineapple Mango Salsa

hello readers, today i made the pineapple mango salsa ahead for my mama's 59th birthday which is tomorrow, as a starter, for the main dish, my dad is going to order a pizza from luigi's in pacifica california along with the apps and my sister molly is going to bring a salad, so its going to be a good old fashion time with my mama, so its sitting right now overnight so flavors can marry, so im now sharing the recipe, so enjoy!

Pineapple mango salsa

1 can dole pineapple rings, juice drained and fruit chopped finely
2 large mangoes or 3 small mangoes, peeled, and diced* see note
1 tbl sugar*
1 white onion, chopped
1 red and 1 yellow bell pepper, seeded and diced
1 jalapeno seeded and diced
1/2 cup chopped cilantro
juice of 2 limes
salt and pepper to taste

in a large bowl mix together all ingredients until incorporated, refridgerate overnight and serve with tortilla chips
*note: if fruit is sweeter than you think, taste it, dont add sugar, but if its too sour, then add the sugar in, it will help balance sweeteness
